TenderAtlas Terms of Use
Contents
Version: 0.9-beta Effective date: 5 October 2026
These Terms govern the use of tenderatlas.uz, the TenderAtlas platform, Telegram integration and related services (the “Service”).
Service operator: Urmonov Sanjarbek, an individual resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan and operator of the TenderAtlas brand (“Operator”, “we”). By creating an account, selecting the required checkbox or continuing to use the Service, the user (“User”, “you”) accepts these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
TenderAtlas is a B2B SaaS platform that helps users find, filter, monitor and analyse tenders and procurement notices from open and lawfully accessible sources.
The Service may provide personalised monitoring by category, keyword, blocked word, country, region and deadline; web and Telegram alerts; AI-assisted monitoring setup; summaries of contracts, technical specifications, expert conclusions, technical documents and protocols; extraction of participation requirements, documents, deposits, advance payments, payment terms, deadlines, warranties and risks; customer procurement and price history from public sources; product specifications; market offer, price range, availability and delivery research; and auction/deposit calculation tools.
2. No guarantee of outcome
TenderAtlas does not guarantee that a User will win a tender, that every tender is fully relevant, that AI output is complete or error-free, that external information remains unchanged, or that a product has the lowest or final price, actual stock, certification, technical conformity or delivery availability.
International prices may exclude logistics, customs duties, VAT, certification, insurance and currency costs. AI output is not legal, financial, tax, engineering or procurement advice. Before bidding, the User must independently verify the original notice, documents, deadlines and requirements on the official source.
3. External sources
TenderAtlas may index, link to, organise or summarise information from third-party tender platforms and public sources. Rights in original documents, trademarks and content remain with their respective owners. TenderAtlas is not an official representative of an external platform unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Accounts and security
The User must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, promptly report unauthorised access to support@tenderatlas.uz, and refrain from unlawful use. The Operator may temporarily restrict an account in response to suspicious activity, security threats or a breach of these Terms.
5. Monitoring profile and Telegram
The User is responsible for monitoring settings. A profile generated with AI must be reviewed and confirmed by the User. When Telegram is connected, tender alerts and service communications may be sent to the selected account. Telegram is an independent third-party service and may be disconnected at any time.
6. User materials
The User confirms that they have the right to upload and process submitted documents. The User grants the Operator a limited permission to store and technically process the materials only as necessary to provide the requested Service and AI analysis. Ownership of the materials does not transfer to the Operator.
Users should not upload trade secrets, special-category personal data or unnecessary identifiers unless required and legally permitted.
7. Free beta and AI credits
TenderAtlas currently operates as a free beta. Paid plans, checkout, automatic payments and a Public Offer are not active. AI credits are virtual units used to limit beta features; they cannot be purchased or exchanged for money.
If the Operator later launches paid services, pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published in a separate document in advance. New consent will be requested where required.
8. Prohibited use
Users must not use the Service unlawfully; access another account; transmit malicious code, attacks or excessive automated requests; bypass limits; resell, clone or mass-copy the Service without permission; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use AI output for fraud or deception.
9. Intellectual property
The TenderAtlas name, logo, design, software, original analysis formats and platform elements belong to the Operator or applicable licensors. During an active subscription, the User receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal business purposes.
10. Availability
The Operator seeks to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may result from maintenance, external platforms, Telegram, hosting, AI providers, internet failure or force majeure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity resulting from decisions to bid or not bid, pricing, purchasing products, missing deadlines or contracting with third parties based on TenderAtlas information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
The User may request account closure through settings or support@tenderatlas.uz. The Operator may restrict or suspend an account for a material breach, security threat or lawful requirement. Data may remain stored where required for law, accounting, security or dispute resolution.
13. Changes
Material changes will be communicated through the platform, email or Telegram. Renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary.
14. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. Disputes should first be addressed through negotiation and written notice and, if unresolved, submitted to a competent court as provided by law.
15. Language
The Terms may be provided in Uzbek, Russian and English. To the extent permitted by law, the Uzbek version prevails in the event of inconsistency.
